SA Keys Property rental (“SAKEYS”) owns and operates the website which can be accessed at www.SAkeys.com (“the Website”)
This privacy policy forms part of, and must be read together with, SAKEYS’s Standard Terms of Use available at https:www.sakeys/terms-and-conditions .
This privacy policy applies to all persons and entities that use the Website and regulates the collection, storage and use of your name, contact details, banking details, company details, addresses, contact numbers, email addresses, location information, property searches, sales statistics, valuations, prices, rentals and any other information which relates to you, collectively referred to as “Personal Information.”

COLLECTION AND USE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

You can use the Website to access various services (“Services”) offered by SAKEYS.
To provide you with these Services, SAKEYS may require you, or any third party, to provide it with certain Personal Information. SAKEYS may also use Personal Information to compile the Website. This Personal Information must be provided to SAKEYS to enable it to provide the Website and/or the Services.
SAKEYS may also ask you to provide information that is not required to provide Services to you, but will assist in enhancing those Services, such as personal or professional interests. Such information is provided voluntarily and is not necessary to enable SAKEYS to provide the Services to you.

You are entitled, at any stage, to opt out of receiving any marketing or promotional material by clicking on the “unsubscribe” option on email correspondence. This will redirect you to the unsubscribe page where you will be able to unsubscribe from the communication you received.

If SAKEYS elects to sell its business, you agree that SAKEYS may freely transfer your Personal Information to the purchaser thereof. You agree that you will not have any claim against SAKEYS and/or its Personnel arising from or as a consequence of the sale by SAKEYS of its business to a third party.
Unless SAKEYS has your prior written consent or is required by law, SAKEYS will not otherwise sell, rent, lease or disclose your Personal Information to any third party.

YOUR ACCESS TO YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
SAKEYS will on request, provide you with access to your Personal Information which SAKEYS holds so that you may view, update, delete and/or correct it.

To protect your privacy and security, SAKEYS will also take reasonable steps to verify your identity before granting you access or enabling you to make updates, deletions or corrections.
